Communication Interface

Modal Features:

  • Template Selection: Choose from predefined email templates to quickly populate your message.
  • From/Reply To: These fields are automatically set based on your system configuration (e.g., info@snapapp.ai).
  • Recipient Prepopulation: The To field is automatically filled with the email address from the record.
  • Full Compose Suite: Includes standard fields for Cc, Bcc, and Subject.
  • Body: A section allowing for formatted text (Bold, Italics, Lists, etc.) and hyperlinks.
  • AI Integration: The Generate Text option allows users to utilize AI for drafting or refining email content.
  • Attachments: Use the Add Attachments button to upload and include files with your message.
