An Inspector View allows users to view and validate attachments related to a single record, enabling edits of extracted entities from Document AI for comprehensive data verification and management.

How to create an Inspector View?
To create your view, follow this steps
Different features of Inspector View Builder
General Settings | Description |
---|---|
View Type | To select the type of view. |
Application ID | To select the application for which you want to create the view. |
Object | The object for which the object is created. |
View Name | This will be the name of your view. |
Slug | The name that will be a part of URL of that view. |
View Configuration | Description |
---|---|
Fields | To add fields which you want to show in your view. |
Group By | To apply some aggregate functions like created by, owner id etc. to group values. |
Order By | To sort data on the basis of provided function or function value. |
Hide Sidebar | By clicking this checkbox, you can hide the sidebar from the view. |
Show Header | By clicking this checkbox, you can show header in your view |
Group Aggregate | To choose aggregate function like Count, Sum, Average, Min, Max for the records. |
Visible Rows | You can configure the number of visible rows in your view. |
Inspector Settings | Description |
---|---|
Inspector File Source | To choose the source of file for inspection like object or child attachment. By choosing object, the file of the record will be taken into consideration. While choosing child attachments, you have to attach file for being inspected. |
Default Grouping Mode | This will change the grouping mode of the extracted entities(metadata) like expanded or collapsed. |
Attachments Order By | If you choose child attachments as file source, you can order them by ascending or descending way. |
Attachments Group By | To apply any aggregate function for grouping of attachments. |
Expanded Sections | If you choose default grouping mode as expanded, you can choose Extracted Entities, Document Metadata or Attachment Metadata on the basis of your file source. |
Warning Score | This score is based upon the extraction of data. On the basis of this, you can check your extraction score whether in warning level. |
Danger Score | This score is based upon the extraction of data. On the basis of this, you can check your extraction level whether in danger level. |
Extraction Score Display | To choose whether you want to display your extraction score in extracted details.By default it is hidden. To see extraction score details, you can choose All Entities Extraction Score with Details or Required Entities Extraction Score with Details |
Document AI Validation | To validate any file of DocAI type, you have to click this checkbox. |
Edit Images | If you choose image for validation, you can edit that image. |
Security Settings | Description |

Visibliity | To select the visibility of the view i.e. either Public or Private |
Advanced Settings | Description |
---|---|
Mobile Type | This will select the view in mobile. |
View Buttons | The buttons available for the view like print, filter, add new etc. You can also choose which view buttons to display in your view. |
Record Buttons | The buttons available for the records in the detail-view like edit, clone, favorite, delete etc. You can also choose which view buttons to display in your view. |
Record Button Labels | This will add a label to the record buttons. |
Feed Settings | Description |
---|---|
Show Feed | This is to enable feed tracking in your view. By default it is Do not display. |
UI Customization | Description |
---|---|
Custom Labels | You can add custom labels for the existing record and view buttons. |
Custom Buttons | You can also add custom buttons for your view. |
Related View Settings | Description |
