The Inspector View is a specialized single-record view in SnapApp designed for data validation and compliance. It serves as the primary interface for Human-in-the-Loop workflows, allowing users to examine attachments, verify metadata, and edit entities extracted via Document AI.

Key Capabilities
- Attachment Validation: View and validate files related to a single record or child attachments.
- Document AI Integration: Edit and verify entities extracted from documents to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Extraction Scoring: Monitor “Warning” and “Danger” scores to identify records that require manual review.
- Image Editing: Perform basic edits on images directly during the validation process.
General & View Configuration
When setting up an Inspector View, you must define the foundational data structure and layout.
General Settings
- View Name & Slug: Define the display name and the URL-friendly identifier for the view.
- Application & Object: Associate the view with a specific application and the data object it will inspect.
View Layout
- Fields: Select which data fields from the object should be visible alongside the file.
- Grouping & Ordering: Organize data using aggregate functions (Sum, Count, Average) or specific sort orders.
- Header & Sidebar: Toggle the visibility of the header and navigation sidebar to maximize the inspection workspace.

Inspector-Specific Settings
These settings control how the Document AI and attachment interface behave.

- Feed Settings: Enable activity tracking to see a history of changes made during the inspection process.
- Mobile Type: Optimize the inspector layout for mobile device displays.
Lifecycle Management
To manage your Inspector View after the initial setup:
- Previewing: Test the user experience and Document AI extraction display before going live.

- Publishing: Use the Publish button to push your configurations to the live application.

- Editing: Return to the View Builder at any time to adjust scoring thresholds or field visibility.

Important: High-sensitivity workflows should set the Warning/Danger Score thresholds conservatively to ensure that any document with uncertain extraction is flagged for a manual human check.

| Show Header | By clicking this checkbox, you can show header in your view |
| Group Aggregate | To choose aggregate function like Count, Sum, Average, Min, Max for the records. |
| Visible Rows | You can configure the number of visible rows in your view. |
| Inspector Settings | Description |

| Inspector File Source | To choose the source of file for inspection like object or child attachment. By choosing object, the file of the record will be taken into consideration. While choosing child attachments, you have to attach file for being inspected. |
| Default Grouping Mode | This will change the grouping mode of the extracted entities(metadata) like expanded or collapsed. |
| Attachments Order By | If you choose child attachments as file source, you can order them by ascending or descending way. |
| Attachments Group By | To apply any aggregate function for grouping of attachments. |
| Expanded Sections | If you choose default grouping mode as expanded, you can choose Extracted Entities, Document Metadata or Attachment Metadata on the basis of your file source. |
| Warning Score | This score is based upon the extraction of data. On the basis of this, you can check your extraction score whether in warning level. |
| Danger Score | This score is based upon the extraction of data. On the basis of this, you can check your extraction level whether in danger level. |
| Extraction Score Display | To choose whether you want to display your extraction score in extracted details.By default it is hidden. To see extraction score details, you can choose All Entities Extraction Score with Details or Required Entities Extraction Score with Details |
| Document AI Validation | To validate any file of DocAI type, you have to click this checkbox. |
| Edit Images | If you choose image for validation, you can edit that image. |
