First search and see if your bug already exists. If it does feel free to upvote it by liking it or add comments to add more details. If it does not exist, submit a new bug by Clicking Add new button.
When submitting bugs, please provide a full description of the bug and the steps to reproduce. Bug reports without steps to reproduce have a much lower chance of resolution.
Often providing screenshots can help us see the problem which will often lead to a faster resolution.
Bugs submitted through this forum are addressed as time allows. If you have a SnapApp support agreement, you should submit the bug through a support case. These are generally addressed faster.
