Admin Community is now Live!

Purpose

This web portal is designed to be a community where SnapApp Administrators can learn more about SnapApp and collaborate with other SnapApp Administrators.   The community is open to all SnapApp users. 

Our Journey

Our community is built on the preview release of SnapApp Knowledge Bases.  The initial launch of this product provides bare bones knowledgebase functionality.  The functionality of this community will evolved as the Knowledge Base product evolves. Please be patient.  

The current version has the following known limitations that we will be addressing soon:
- Only PageBuilder Pages.  Future versions will have simple Rick Text editing for quick posts.
- Templating. Soon we will have predefined templates for different knowledge base types.
- Search.  Soon you will be able to do regular and generative searches against content in one or all knowledge bases.
- Customizable Design.  Right now all knowledge bases have the same (rather boring design). Soon these will be customizable, to create beautiful custom knowledge bases.
- Related Articles Components.  The customizable design will have related article components which will allow you to see related articles.,
- Clone Feature. There is no ability to clone articles. So you need to copy paste content from the HTML editor to clone pages.
- Pinning. Soon admins will be able to pin articles to keep them on top.
