Virtual Agent - Example: Dialogflow CX / ES

SnapApp can easily incorporate Google's AI in your application. For example, if you create a virtual agent on Dialogflow CX/ ES, you can upload this straight into your SnapApp application. 

The Solution 

1) Navigate to Manage -> Integration              

Click "Connect" on the Dialogflow Messenger Text-Based box. It should pop up a modal for a link to this Virtual Agent. Copy the <script></script> and the <df-messenger></df-messenger> code only.

2) Locate CCAI in Application's Settings

Navigate to the Application Settings. Scroll down until you see "CCAI Settings/ CCAI Embed Code" and paste that code in the box.

The Result 

Your virtual agent should appear on the bottom right of your application once you apply the code.
