Templates are used to create predefined formats for outbound communications (e.g., emails, SMS, voice calls) or document generation. A template combines static text with merge fields to pull SnapApp field data dynamically into the final output.

Templates also support advanced features such as embedding expressions, images, and tables to create highly customized content.
