Templates
Templates are efficient, structured aids used to produce predefined formats for outbound communications or document generation. By combining static text with dynamic merge fields, templates pull SnapApp record data directly into the final output (e.g., using [[first_name]] to personalize a message).
Templates support advanced features such as embedding expressions, images, and dynamic tables to create highly customized content for emails, SMS, voice calls, and more.
