Email Templates
An email template is a pre-designed and reusable format used for composing emails. It usually includes a predefined layout, style, and structure, incorporating elements like headers, footers, and placeholders for personalized content. Email templates streamline the creation of consistent and professional emails, ensuring brand consistency and saving time. They can be tailored for different purposes, such as marketing campaigns, newsletters, or customer communications.

Create a Email Template
- Navigate to Settings from the User menu of the top bar.
- Tap on Pages from the UX menu of the left navigation bar.
- Tap on + Add New in the top header of the Pages list view.
- Enter a name for your page in the Name field that will be visible in the Page Builder by default.Select the object.Update the Slug name in the Slug field.

Tick the checkbox for Active and tap on Save.

Once you click Save, you will be taken to the Page Builder where you can build and edit your page.

From the Page Builder, tap on the Import icon in the top right header of the Page to import the HTML and CSS code for creating a custom email template.

Enter your existing HTML and CSS into the Import Template. Customize your code as per your preferences. If needed, prompt engineering assistance is available. Additionally, you can use page builder components to construct the template. To include any object field, enclose the field in square brackets.

Tap on Import at the bottom of the Page.

To preview your template, Click Preview like button on the top middle.

Now, tap on the Publish in the top middle header of the Page to publish the page.

Now exit and Tap on Template from the UX menu of the left navigation bar.

Click + Add New in the top header of the Templates list view to add a new Template.

Fill out the required fields and hit Save. (Note: Select the Source to be WebPage and Type to be Email) and hit Save

Detail view of the template will be shown.
View the Email Template
- Open Settings from the User menu.
- Select Templates from the UX menu.
- Select the Template in the list which is related to email.
- Click the button in the action column to preview the page.
Delete the Email Template
- Open Settings from the User menu.
- Select Templates from the UX menu.
- Search for the Template in the list that you want to delete.
- Click the
Delete
button. To see theDelete
button, you must haveDelete
permission.
