The Insert action in workflows facilitates seamless data entry, integrating new information into systems with precision and efficiency. Follow the steps below to execute the action in the workflow:

  1. Access Settings and Automation:
  2. Click User Settings in the top right corner.
  3. Expand the left navigation bar.
  4. Select Automation Workflows.

  5. Add New Action:

  6. Navigate to Actions and click the + sign.

  7. Enter Action Details:

  8. Provide a Name.
  9. Select Insert as the Type.
  10. Choose the Target Object and Target Columns.
  11. Optionally, set a Default Value.

  12. Configure Source and Conditions:

  13. Select the Source Object.
  14. Add Filter Conditions using the Expression Builder.

  15. Adjust and Save:

  16. Modify the Sequence if needed.
  17. Set the Status to Active or InactiveSave
